The bed is made from cast iron of good hardness, strictly inspected with micro level, hardness tester, and straight edge.
Boring of the headstock is done on WMW boring machine fitted with induction hardened and ground spindle made from alloy steel.
The apron is totally enclosed oil bath system with lever type arrangement for automatic feeds.
Hexagonal shaped tailstock with hardened and ground tailstock spindle made from alloy steel having external and internal grinding.
